In the Bay of Palma you have several choices, like S'Arenal , with its long, palm tree-linedseafront promenade, while the Oratori de Portals (or Cala Portals Nous) is one of the most popular and easy to access. Take a long walk feeling the sand under your feet on one of the largest beach- es in the Balearic Islands, the Playa de Alcúdia . Or you could spend the day in the sunshine by the sea in Es Port , a popular sandy beach right next to the Colònia de Sant Jordi, in the municipal district of Ses Salines in the south east.
