SEGOVIA The first things that catch your eye are the impressive Fortress and the Roman Aqueduct, an amazing 2nd-century feat of engineering which is in an excellent state of repair. The modern Parador Hotel is one of the best places to savour the region's most traditional dish: roast suckling pig. If you're looking for a more all-round experience, then the Club de Golf de Los Ángeles de San Rafael offers a wider choice.
