San Fermín Fiesta is a deeply rooted celebration, taking place each year in Pamplona. Just before noon on July 6, the square in front of Pamplona’s Town Hall packed with people who eagerly await this day of the year. Thousands of residents and tourists, dressed in the traditional white outfit with red handkerchiefs, wait for the pyrotechnic “chupinazo”, a rocket fired from the balcony of the town hall, which marks the beginning of the festivities.
